We are looking for skilled 2st shift CNC Machinists for our partners organization!
As a CNC Machine Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining the overall function of machinery. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines (turning, milling, multi-axis mill turning) to produce precision components.
- Edit programs when necessary.
- Perform tool offsets and material loading as required.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure parts meet required specifications and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process issues as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the machine area, ensuring equipment is well-maintained.
- Ensure that all operations are performed safely, following standard operating procedures.
Critical Competencies for Success:
- Ability to perform minor tool offsets and load materials into CNC machines.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control and precision.
- Willingness to troubleshoot and identify process improvements.
- Ability to maintain equipment and keep machines running at optimal efficiency.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other team members.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC Machining.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot processes.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. regularly.
