Job Overview:
Client is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their team. This role involves performing maintenance tasks on machinery, including changing bearings and ensuring equipment operates at peak efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience with hydraulics, though familiarity with mechanical maintenance tasks is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Change bearings and perform routine maintenance on industrial machinery
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure equipment is operating efficiently
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance needs
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime
• Assist with hydraulic system maintenance and repairs, if applicable
• Document maintenance activities and ensure compliance with company procedures
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure optimal equipment performance and safety
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in industrial maintenance, ideally in a manufacturing or food production environment
• Strong mechanical skills, including bearing changes and troubleshooting
• Experience with hydraulic systems is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
• Good communication skills and ability to document maintenance activities
• Flexibility to assist with other maintenance tasks as needed
