Diamond H Enterprises is currently hiring fulltime employees for our construction company specializing in new construction, serving customers in the residential, ag and commercial markets. Diamond H builds custom homes, post frame buildings, steel frame buildings and also does various roofing projects.

Applicants must be comfortable with heights, operating various types of lifts, and willing to learn how to use the many different hand tools used in construction. We use lifts and motorized equipment where possible to make the job easier.

Must be willing to travel, our service area covers the entire states of OH and Michigan. Hotels and travel expenses are paid, plus per diem pay when travel is required.

To be eligible for hiring, candidates must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Experienced applicants must have a minimum of 2 yrs of verifiable experience in building new homes, agricultural buildings, machine shops and various types of roofing. Please include references on resumes and applications.

Applicants who are looking to get into the building trades are welcome to apply, we do offer on the job training for new entrants into the building trades.

Overtime Pay after 40 hrs weekly.

Eligible for company 401k after 6 months of employment, company match after 2 years employment.

1 week of paid vacation after 1 year of employment, 2 weeks paid vacation after 2 years of employment.
