Job Overview
As a Cleaning Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation for our commercial clients. Schedule and Compensation
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Start Time: Between 3:00 - 5:00 PM
- End Time: Between 9:00 - 11:00 PM
- Pay: $15 - $17 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, common spaces, restrooms, kitchens, and other facilities
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and washing surfaces as needed
- Sanitize and disinfect high-touch areas to ensure a hygienic space for clients and staff
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Restock supplies and report low inventory to management
- Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly
- Follow established safety and quality standards at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their needs and feedback
- Document work performed and report any issues or maintenance needs
- Work and collaborate with team members, managing time and tasks efficiently

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services a plus, but not required

- Friendly and customer-service oriented, with a willingness to go above and beyond
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to safety procedures
- Eligibility to work in the United States
