Job Description

EverStaff, a specialized recruiting firm, is actively searching for potential candidates for Direct Hire positions with one of our top clients. These positions entail direct employment with the client that offers exceptional work culture, benefits, PTO, and growth potential.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Full-Time | $17–$18/hr
Location: Near Canal Fulton, OH
Shifts: 1st (6 AM–2:30 PM), 2nd (2 PM–10 PM), 3rd (10 PM–8 AM)

Overview:
Join a compassionate and mission-driven team supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. No prior experience is required—just a caring attitude and reliability. Ideal for STNAs or anyone seeking meaningful work in a supportive environment.

Pay Structure:

Base Pay: $17.00/hour
Incentives (within 60 days):
- Medication Delegation: +$0.50/hour
- Driver Certification: +$0.50/hour
- Total Potential Pay: $18.00/hour

Requirements:

Compassionate and dedicated to helping others
No experience necessary (training provided)
STNAs encouraged to apply
Must be available for rotating weekends and holidays
