Job DescriptionHello!We are looking for a dedicated caregiver to work with my two teenagers (ages 12 and 14). We are looking for someone who can provide structured guidance, help with executive functioning (staying on task, organizing routines), and offer social-emotional support. The ideal candidate is patient, firm but kind, and has experience working with neurodivergent youth.Key responsibilities would include:Establishing and maintaining daily routines.Assisting with homework or life-skills tasks.Providing gentle redirection when they lose focus.
