Shift: 1st and 2nd shift available:
1st shift 6:15 am-2:15 pm
OR
2nd Shift 2:15 pm- 10:15 pm
DAYS OFF ARE SUNDAY AND MONDAY OR FRIDAY AND SATURDAY.
RequirementsRequirements of the LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse
- MUST hold a current CPR Certification.
- MUST hold active LPN license.
Responsibilities of the LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients needs
- Perform assigned duties. Including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor clients’ conditions; reporting changes to RNs
