Position Overview

We’re seeking a motivated, high-energy Help Desk Technician (Tier 1 / tier 2) to join our team! You’ll be on the front line of client support, helping diagnose and resolve computer, server, and network-related issues while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This role is perfect for someone who’s naturally curious, loves solving problems, and thrives in a fast-paced, learning-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote and onsite technical support for desktops, servers, networking, and cloud systems.
  • Respond to and resolve tickets via phone, email, and remote tools.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when needed.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows-based systems and business applications.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of tickets, client systems, and resolutions in ConnectWise.
  • Communicate clearly and positively with clients, keeping them informed throughout the process.
  • Contribute to process improvement and documentation efforts as the team grows.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of IT support or help desk experience (or equivalent hands-on, self-taught skillset).
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
  • Familiarity with ConnectWise or other RMM/PSA tools is a plus.
  • Must be dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
