As a Web Development Project Manager, you will coordinate scheduling and development tasks for front-end developers, manage client relationships, and ensure timely completion of projects. You’ll collaborate with clients, guide teams, and coordinate across departments to ensure successful outcomes and exceptional client experiences.

- Task Coordination: Collaborate with team members to gather and prioritize development tasks for front-end developers. Maintain a clear task schedule to optimize developer workloads and ensure timely delivery.
- Resource Management: Plan and monitor project team resources, adjusting as needed based on scope, workload, budgets, and client needs.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for your portfolio of clients, ensuring confidence through various communication channels including in-person visits, video calls, phone calls, and emails.
- Client Experience: Deliver a personalized client experience, communicating effectively on project progress, results, timelines, and deliverables.
- Project Scheduling: Coordinate scheduling of development tasks arising from both internal team requests and direct client maintenance agreements. Manage timelines and deliverables for each project to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Reporting: Compile and distribute monthly reports for clients detailing work completed, website performance metrics, and upcoming tasks. Utilize data to provide insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate monthly maintenance tasks for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring all updates, bug fixes, and performance enhancements are scheduled and completed. Proactively identify potential issues and opportunities for improvements for client websites.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve scheduling and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Implement tools and systems to streamline communication and task management.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on digital marketing and web development trends to enhance your expertise and credibility with clients and teammates.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Work Environment
Fast-paced, dynamic office environment and may be required to work outside of regular office hours to resolve issues or complete projects of the department.

This is a remote work opportunity with limited travel obligations, which requires demonstrating a level of dedication and commitment to being self-driven and accountable.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years experience preferred. Demonstration of exemplary performance may supersede experience requirements.
- Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing and delivering projects on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards. Skilled in guiding teams and having constructive conversations to achieve goals.
- Familiarity with Project Frameworks: Knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall, gained through experience, coursework, or continuing education.
- Client Service Experience: Extensive experience as the primary client contact, with a strong sense of urgency and proactive communication across all channels (email, video, phone, in-person) that builds trust and reliability.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, web design, and development.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong in active listening and critical thinking, ensuring clear and timely communication with clients to deliver a great client experience.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities, with experience tracking and managing resources through project management tools.
- Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple projects with varying scopes, budgets, and timelines, while remaining flexible and proactive in adjusting to changes.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills, able to perform root-cause analysis, and develop effective solutions by considering all perspectives, including those of teammates and clients.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics & lead qualification tools; Google Analytics Certification a plus
- Proficiency in Project Management tools like Clickup, Mavenlink, Basecamp, Monday.com, and/or Trello
- A basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and/or common Content Management Systems is preferred
- Project Management certification (like PMP, Google Project Management Certification) or goals to work towards it
Physical Demands
- Primarily involves sitting at a desk and using a computer for extended periods of time.
- Light physical activity is also required, such as carrying equipment or setting up for presentations.
- Requires a high level of mental focus and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination and the ability to use a computer for extended periods are required.
