Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to ICU patients, ensuring high-quality medical attention.

• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in condition promptly.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Adapt to high-pressure situations and make quick, informed decisions.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.

• Utilize data and metrics to assess and improve patient care outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for effective communication.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.

• Engage in performance reviews to identify areas for personal growth.

• Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-care instructions.

Experience/Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience as a Registered Nurse.

• Valid Ohio RN license and BLS/ACLS certification.

• Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.

• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

• Strong communication skills for patient and family education.

• Experience with electronic health records for maintaining patient data.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.

• Commitment to continuous professional development.
