Key Responsibilities:

- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and recovery processes

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Nursing License (RN) with experience in stepdown or progressive care nursing
- Proficiency in patient assessment, cardiac monitoring, and clinical interventions relevant to stepdown care
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills to coordinate care effectively
