Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, with proven experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment. This role requires hands-on skills in electrical systems up to 480V, as well as solid mechanical aptitude to ensure reliable equipment performance and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
* Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
* Diagnose and resolve issues with motors, drives, control panels, and electrical circuits (up to 480V).
* Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
* Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
* Ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.
Qualifications:
* Entry level welcome but prefer 3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or production environment.
* Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
* Working knowledge of 480V systems, motors, PLCs, and controls preferred.
* Ability to read technical drawings and use standard hand/power tools.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
