\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n\n

\n\t
• Minimum 2 years of recent, continuous Emergency Room RN experience

\n\t

• Active Registered Nurse license in Ohio (no pending licenses)

\n\t

• Prior travel nursing experience required

\n\t

• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC

\n\t

• Proficient in airway management, ventilated patient care, artline management, dysrhythmia management, central line care, IV drip management, isolation precautions, and triage

\n\t

• Electronic charting experience (Epic EMR preferred)

\n\t

• Ability to float to other campuses as needed

\n\t

• Must be able to arrive at the hospital within 1 hour if on call

\n

\n\nER Nurse Responsibilities\n\n

\n\t
• Deliver high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced clinical setting

\n\t

• Perform triage and prioritize patient care based on acuity

\n\t

• Manage airway, ventilated patients, and central lines

\n\t

• Administer IV drips and monitor for dysrhythmias

\n\t

• Maintain strict isolation precautions and infection control standards

\n\t

• Float to other campuses to maintain scheduled hours

\n\t

• Make up missed shifts and ensure weekend coverage as scheduled

\n\t

• Document patient care accurately using electronic charting systems

\n
