Job Title: CNC Machinist / CNC Programmer

Salary:Based on Experienced

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st shift (occasional overtime may be required)

Job Summary:

As a CNC Machinist, you will program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts according to engineering specifications. You will work withG-code,Mastercam,Fusion 360, and a variety of manual and automated machines, includingHaas CNCandProtoTRAK lathes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program CNC mills and lathes usingG-codeandCAM software(e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360)
  • Set up and operate3-axis CNC mills,CNC lathes, andmanual ProtoTRAK lathes
  • Read and interpretengineering drawings,blueprints, andGD&T specifications
  • Performtool changes,machine offsets, and adjustments as needed
  • Conductin-process inspectionsusing micrometers, calipers, and otherprecision measuring instruments
  • Maintain equipment and perform routinepreventative maintenance
  • Troubleshoot machining issues to ensure high quality and optimal productivity
  • Collaborate withengineeringandquality control teamsto improve machining processes and reduce material waste

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification in CNC machining preferred)
  • 2+ years of experienceas aCNC operatororCNC programmer
  • Strong understanding ofG-code programming,blueprint reading, andtechnical drawings
  • Experience withHaas CNC machines,ProtoTRAK lathes, and3-axis CNC systems
  • Ability to lift up to50 lbsand work in a hands-on production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts
