Schedule:
Preferred shift start and end times:7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday thru Friday (First Shift)

We are currently seeking a high-energy individual to join our Machine and Tooling Assembly Team as a Parts Inspector / Quality Control in our Lebanon, Ohio facility who will help us deliver on this mission.
Scope & Responsibilities

Coordinates with Engineering Department on inspection criteria for all manufactured parts

Tests products for variety of qualities such as dimensions, performance, and mechanical defects

Measures dimensions of product, using measuring instruments, such as rulers, calipers, gauges, optical comparator or Cordax, or micrometers, to verify conformance to specifications

Dispositions defective products for rework or reuse

Notifies supervisor or specified personnel of deviations from specifications

Evaluates suppliers’ product manufactured to Numalliance prints to ensure that standards of quality are met and maintained

Evaluates and reports on customer returned materials (R.M.A.)

Maintains gage calibration records and due dates using specialized software

Additional duties and projects as assigned and requested by the management
Qualifications & Requirements

High school diploma or GED certificate
-
1 - 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
-
Knowledge of inputs, outputs, raw materials, waste, quality control, costs, and techniques for maximizing the manufacture and distribution of goods

Ability to stand for hours at a time
-
Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 25 lbs

Ability to work independently
