Preferred shift start and end times:7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday thru Friday (First Shift)

We are currently seeking a high-energy individual to join our Machine and Tooling Assembly Team as a Parts Inspector / Quality Control in our Lebanon, Ohio facility who will help us deliver on this mission.

Scope & Responsibilities

• Coordinates with Engineering Department on inspection criteria for all manufactured parts

• Tests products for variety of qualities such as dimensions, performance, and mechanical defects

• Measures dimensions of product, using measuring instruments, such as rulers, calipers, gauges, optical comparator or Cordax, or micrometers, to verify conformance to specifications

• Dispositions defective products for rework or reuse

• Notifies supervisor or specified personnel of deviations from specifications

• Evaluates suppliers’ product manufactured to Numalliance prints to ensure that standards of quality are met and maintained

• Evaluates and reports on customer returned materials (R.M.A.)

• Maintains gage calibration records and due dates using specialized software

• Additional duties and projects as assigned and requested by the management

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or GED certificate

• 1 - 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures

• Knowledge of inputs, outputs, raw materials, waste, quality control, costs, and techniques for maximizing the manufacture and distribution of goods

• Ability to stand for hours at a time

• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 25 lbs

• Ability to work independently
