We are seeking several Janitorial Technicians to join our team to be part of various commercial cleaning teams within our customer network. The Janitorial Technician role requires an incredible attention to detail and commitment to excellence. This position reports directly to an assigned customer location and has a variety of schedules available throughout the work week including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift positions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work courteously with co-workers and customers
• Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly
• Clean, sanitize, and restock supplies
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors – including stairs, hallways, and commons areas
• Clean restrooms, offices, common areas, and other assigned spaces on a scheduled basis
• Clean carpets and wax hard-surface floors
• Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and place in dumpster
• Wipe down doors and clean glass if applicable
• Other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Commercial janitorial experience a plus!
• Keen eye for detail
• Highly organized
• Ability to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfaction
• Excellent time management skills
• Effective communication skills
• Great attitude
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening

Summer Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 04:00pm
Fall - Spring Hours: Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:30pm
