Job Description

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking to hire a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Do you enjoy working with children? Would you like to improve the lives of students through exceptional occupational therapy? If so, this may be the position for you!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A BCBA:

Master's Degree
State BCBA License

Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student needs
Provide direct and consultative behavioral support across school settings
Train and supervise paraprofessionals and support staff as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with IEP goals
