What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain a safe, joyful, and engaging preschool classroom
• Support the physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth of each child through hands-on activities and guided play
• Collaborate with lead educators to deliver a high-quality curriculum that inspires curiosity and confidence
• Build meaningful relationships with families and coworkers
• Contribute to a well-run, purposeful program that truly makes a difference

What We’re Looking For

• A love for children and a desire to nurture their development
• Experience working with preschool-aged children (preferred)
• Flexibility, reliability, and professionalism
• Familiarity with Ohio childcare licensing rules
• A clear background check
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and meet basic physical job requirements
