We are seeking a dedicated and physically capable individual to join our team in a shop setting, grinding down paint from oil industry products. This role involves repetitive tasks and requires the ability to move products to designated areas within the shop.
Responsibilities
- Operate a handheld grinder.
- Prepare products for pressure leak testing.
- Prepare products for painting.
- Prepare products for shipping.
- Identify and resolve defects on products.
Essential Skills
- At least 6 months of experience in general labor tasks.
- Experience in handling heavy products in a shop environment.
- Proficiency in using a grinder.
- Outdoor work experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in construction work.
- Fabrication grinding experience.
- Experience with computer work related to manufacturing or fabrication.

Work Environment
This position is in a job shop environment equipped with heaters for winter and can become warm in the summer. The shop has a small team, and safety gear such as steel-toe boots is required. Working hours are from 6 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday, with no weekend work.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
