Data Center Technician
Onsite Daily: Dublin, OH
6-month+ Contract (W2)
$19.00 - 21.00/hour
A leading technology company is seeking multiple Datacenter Technicians to join the team ensuring customers have access to critical systems and data by troubleshooting and creating solutions in a major datacenter. Minimum requirements:
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and/or repairing computer, networking, or similar technical hardware.
- Detail-oriented, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to solving problems
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Scheduling flexibility to accommodate day/night shifts.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Support the rapidly-growing company and customer infrastructure by maintaining reliability of server and network hardware.
- Provide first-level technical support to end users across a range of issues.
- Respond to requests via phone, email, or in-person.
- Log and monitor incidents to ensure a timely resolution.
- Document issues, actions taken, and final resolutions.
