Job Summary&nbsp;We are seeking a talented Carpenter to join our team! In this role, you will construct, install, and repair decks, docks, seawalls and rough framing using the carpenter’s hand and power tools. The ideal candidate is hard-working and dedicated to producing quality work. If you are an experienced Carpenter with a positive attitude, we want to hear from you.&nbsp; Responsibilities

<li>Follow all safety rules and regulations</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment</li>
<li>Use blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine construction requirements and materials needed</li>
<li>Construct wood structures including framing and joists</li>
<li>Interact with customers, suppliers, and other construction professionals</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Previous experience as a Carpenter is required.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurements</li>
<li>Ability to read and take action on blueprints</li>
<li>Ability to safely operate hand and power carpentry tools</li>
<li>Knowledge of building regulations and codes</li>
<li>Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects</li>
<li>Valid Drivers.&nbsp;</li>
<li>No felonys.</li>
