DextroMedical is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Bellefontaine, Ohio.

Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12 hrs)
Schedule: 36 hours guaranteed per week
On-Call: None
Weekends: Possible
Requirements (MANDATED)
1+ year recent L&D experience – Required
Postpartum & nursery experience – Required
BSN – Preferred
Active OH or Compact RN license at submission
Certifications (must be AHA and active):
BLS
ACLS
NRP
If COVID vaccinated, provide card
Job Responsibilities
Complete head-to-toe assessments and ongoing patient reassessments.
Assess and manage patient pain using evidence-based methods.
Develop, revise, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
Provide age-appropriate patient care across the lifespan.
Administer medications safely and accurately (five rights of medication administration).
Educate patients/families on care, treatments, and pain management.
Deliver technical, manual, and specialized nursing skills within licensure.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively.
Ensure safe patient environments and follow hospital safety standards.
Document care accurately and per policy.
Supervise and coordinate patient care as needed.
Maintain annual competencies, including bedside glucose testing.
Demonstrate flexibility, organization, and professionalism in stressful situations.

DextroMedical Job ID #AHSA-60328. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
