Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Attorney specializing in Real Estate Law to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice and representation to clients regarding real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while protecting our clients' interests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal counsel on real estate transactions, including leasing, purchase and sale agreements, and development projects.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements, including commercial leases, construction contracts, and easements.
  • Assist clients in navigating zoning laws and regulations related to property use and development.
  • Represent clients in real estate disputes, including contract disputes and litigation.
  • Stay updated on changes in real estate law and regulations to ensure compliance and inform clients accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law with a strong focus on transactional work.
  • Proficiency in drafting and negotiating various real estate agreements and contracts.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
