Responsibilities

• Youll do what you love! Working with hair for a wide range of premium clients with a fantastic mentor
• Provide an exceptional and luxurious experience to all clients
• Maintain the superior presentation of your work space and learn best practices
• Serve as a role model by exemplifying professionalism, integrity, and positivity while adhering to company policy and procedures
• Uphold the Nurtur Core Values and Behaviors and Aveda Success Factors
• A stylist with a keen eye for detail
• Exemplify ambition, resourcefulness, the ability to prioritize and multitask, and professionalism in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Be passionate about providing exceptional client experience

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, Bachelors degree a plus
• Active Cosmetology license; continuing education maintained
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
