Description

Express Employment is excited to announce an opening for an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Toledo, OH. In this role, you will ensure the efficient operation of production equipment by performing maintenance and repairs, while adhering to safety standards and company policies. This position is scheduled for shifts starting at 4pm and ending at 2am Monday to Thursday, with overtime possible on days off.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in production systems
• Conduct repairs and install new equipment as needed
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records
• Work collaboratively with team members and support production operations
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of safety practices in an industrial setting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
