Responsibilities

<li>Set up Okuma machines</li>
<li>Safely run and maintain machines as needed</li>
<li>Personnel training</li>
<li>Random part inspections throughout the shift</li>
<li>Problem solve and make decisions on ways to decrease cycle times and efficiency of setups</li>
<li>Team motivation</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>CNC Okuma machining background</li>
<li>CNC setup and program editing experience</li>
<li>Good communication skills</li>
<li>Detailed thinking</li>
