Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A leading early childhood school in Columbus, OH is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a preschool caseload on a leave contract basis. This opportunity is ideal for an SLP who holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and has experience working with young children in early intervention or preschool settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to preschool-aged children
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and maintain detailed documentation of student progress
- Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to early childhood developmental needs
- Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary staff
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP certification with CCC credential
- Experience in early childhood or preschool speech therapy
- Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language development
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Effective communication and organizational skills
Position Details:
- Location: Columbus, Ohio
- Duration: Leave contract from January through February and extending a week into March
