We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Quality Technician to join our growing Quality Department. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our products meet rigorous standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform visual and mechanical inspections of manufactured components and assemblies using customer drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Conduct electrical testing and troubleshooting using schematics, test plans, and tools.

Write, review, and follow product work instructions and inspection procedures.

Complete First Article Inspections (FAI) and documentation in compliance with AS9102 standards.

Accurately document inspection outcomes, discrepancies, and non-conformances in internal systems.

Participate in internal quality audits to support compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Management, and Customers to resolve quality issues.

Use Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) to manage documentation and communication.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in quality, electronics, or manufacturing preferred.

2+ years of experience in a quality assurance or inspection role in a manufacturing environment (preferably aerospace or electronics).

Familiarity with GD&T, AS9102, and ISO 9001:2015 quality systems.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Experience using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, multimeters, etc.
