We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Quality Technician to join our growing Quality Department. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our products meet rigorous standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform visual and mechanical inspections of manufactured components and assemblies using customer drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

  • Conduct electrical testing and troubleshooting using schematics, test plans, and tools.

  • Write, review, and follow product work instructions and inspection procedures.

  • Complete First Article Inspections (FAI) and documentation in compliance with AS9102 standards.

  • Accurately document inspection outcomes, discrepancies, and non-conformances in internal systems.

  • Participate in internal quality audits to support compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Management, and Customers to resolve quality issues.

  • Use Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) to manage documentation and communication.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in quality, electronics, or manufacturing preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in a quality assurance or inspection role in a manufacturing environment (preferably aerospace or electronics).

  • Familiarity with GD&T, AS9102, and ISO 9001:2015 quality systems.

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

  • Experience using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, multimeters, etc.
