Responsibilities:

Execute high-quality finish carpentry on kitchens, bathrooms, and other custom remodeling projects.
Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure each project meets Capozzi's high standards of excellence.
Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and colleagues to provide an outstanding client experience.
Think ahead and proactively address job-site needs, maintaining order and a clean, efficient workspace.

Qualifications:

Experience: At least 5 years in high-end finish carpentry is required.
People Skills: Friendly and positive, with the ability to work well with clients and team members.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers and project management tools to streamline workflow.
Character: High integrity and commitment to quality craftsmanship; a dependable, self-motivated professional.
