ComResource is looking for a Lead UI Engineer.
We need someone to assist in leading UI initiatives for a complex SaaS platform while designing scalable features, setting standards, and mentoring engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement complex front-end features and systems
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship across teams
- Lead architectural discussions and decisions
- Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards
- Build user-facing components using React, TypeScript, and Material UI
- Integrate UI with REST or GraphQL APIs
- Drive innovation and problem-solving for large-scale applications
- Support product roadmaps and collaborate with cross-functional partners
Essentials:
- Strong to expert TypeScript proficiency
- Strong React experience (19+) including SSR, server components, and App Router
- UI component development using modern frameworks
- Material UI experience
- REST/GraphQL integration
- Ability to lead and mentor teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Cloud, distributed systems, and database experience
- Experience integrating AI tools, frameworks, and concepts
Desired:
- 7+ years software development experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
