Scope: Full Field Tech responsibilities, not any integrations. This includes site visits for maintenance, alarm clearing, anything operational. We need someone who can troubleshoot sites, understands site maintenance, and alarms.
Responsibilities include
All operational activities in an assigned group of sites to include but not limited to:
- Preventative maintenance of telecommunications equipment.
- Troubleshooting and analyzing equipment issues due to failure of alarms.
- Assist RF Engineering in diagnosing hand over or dropped call issues.Update and maintain work logs in computer systems as well as create tickets needed for scheduled work.
- Alarm clearing and ticketing
