$100,000 - $125,000

What You'll Do:

  • Lead with Vision: Manage diverse projects, including community planning, park development, waterfront revitalization, and more.
  • Inspire Teams: Supervise and mentor associates, fostering professional growth and empowering them to reach their full potential.
  • Build Connections: Develop strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and community groups to ensure project success.
  • Deliver Excellence: Oversee project activities-scheduling, budgets, quality standards, client satisfaction, and more-with precision and creativity.
  • Drive Impact: Identify risks, unlock funding opportunities, and innovate solutions for challenges at every stage of the project lifecycle.
  • Expand Horizons: Represent the firm at networking events, trade shows, and technical conferences to explore future opportunities and strengthen partnerships.

Your Expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Planning, or a related field.
  • PE License required
  • At least 8 years of experience managing trail or multi-modal transportation projects-or the drive to master this specialty.
  • Proficiency in CAD, Microsoft Office, and other industry software.
  • Licenses such as PLA/RLA, AICP are preferred.
