Position: Part-Time Maintenance/Custodial Technician
Location: Hopper Hill Condominium – Cincinnati, Ohio
Schedule: Up to 30 hours per week — flexible scheduling based on property needs
Competitive Pay: Up to $18/hour, based on experience.

What You’ll Do
Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming community by performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks. You’ll work closely with the Property Manager and Project Manager to ensure the property is well cared for and runs smoothly.
- Communicate and follow up with the Property Manager regarding maintenance concerns and work orders.
- Maintain the interior and exterior of buildings to ensure a clean, professional appearance.
- Assist the Project Manager with vendor bids and special projects.
- Paint, clean, and repair using various hand and power tools.
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems operating efficiently.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
- Assemble, install, and repair wiring, plumbing, and other building systems.
- Keep maintenance supplies organized and stocked.
Who You Are
- Have at least one year of maintenance or custodial experience.
- Skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
- Hold a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
- Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position.
