Kingston of Ashland is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality care and clinical leadership in our Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care community. Whether you’re delivering hands-on care, mentoring nursing staff, or coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, your role is essential in creating a safe and supportive environment for our residents.
What You’ll Do

Deliver skilled nursing care in alignment with individualized care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and wound care accurately and safely

Monitor and document resident health changes, responding promptly and professionally

Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to maintain excellent standards of care

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families to ensure coordinated, resident-centered care

Contribute to a safe, clean, and healing environment for residents and staff
Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio (required)

CPR certification required

Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care preferred

Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills

Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused personality

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
