 Now Hiring: DAF Operator
 Location: Painesville, OH (east end)
 Schedule: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM | 4 Days On / 4 Days Off
 Pay: $18 $20 per hour (based on experience)
 Job Overview:
 We're looking for a reliable DAF Operator to join our team! In this role, you'll help treat and manage plant-wide wastewater systems while ensuring we meet all food safety and environmental regulations.
 Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Operate and monitor Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) wastewater systems</li>
<li>Track and adjust temperature, pressure, and flow levels</li>
<li>Regulate regional sewer discharge</li>
<li>Follow all feed and food safety protocols</li>
<li>Perform general labor as needed to support operations</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area</li>
</ul>
 Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 4-on / 4-off schedule</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and safety</li>
<li>Willingness to perform physical labor</li>
<li>Previous experience in wastewater operations or industrial environment is a plus</li>
