Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating embroidery machines, ensuring high-quality stitching, and meeting production deadlines while maintaining consistency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor embroidery machines during production runs
- Load, thread, and set up machines according to design specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times
Qualifications
- Previous embroidery or textile production experience preferred (training available)
- Ability to read and follow design instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred Skills
- Experience with multi-head embroidery machines
- Familiarity with different fabrics and thread types
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
