Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating embroidery machines, ensuring high-quality stitching, and meeting production deadlines while maintaining consistency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor embroidery machines during production runs
  • Load, thread, and set up machines according to design specifications
  • Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times

Qualifications

  • Previous embroidery or textile production experience preferred (training available)
  • Ability to read and follow design instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Basic mechanical aptitude
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with multi-head embroidery machines
  • Familiarity with different fabrics and thread types
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
