PrideStaff is one of the Top Rated Staffing Agencies in OHIO and we are currently looking to hire a Facilities Maintenance Assistant in Elyria, OH to become a part of our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Facilities Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Facilities Maintenance Assistant Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing, heating, HVAC, and electrical systems
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Physical ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects throughout the workday
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Own a toolset
