Job Description

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking Tool and Die Makers in NW Ohio for a top manufacturing company. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Repair, and maintain dies, tooling, and fixtures to support production in metal stamping operations.
Troubleshooting die issues, changing broken/worn tooling, preventative maintenance in the press and bench, and completing job set-ups on transfer and progressive dies.
Set up and operate all tool room equipment, such as Mills, Grinders, and Lathes to machine parts.
Assist production with problem-solving on tooling issues.
Works from blueprints and sketches to create or modify tools and dies.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, reference material, diagrams, or other manufacturer's material related to the products to be machined.
Must be able to set up and operate all tool room equipment and be familiar with machinery tools, able to operate a hoist and cranes.
Able to machine a product within correct tolerances and dimensions utilizing tooling equipment and proper procedures.
Journeyman Tool & Die Maker Certificate or 6+ years of proven experience working as a Tool & Die Maker in a manufacturing environment.
