Our client is seeking a Quality Technician to play a critical, hands-on role in ensuring that every pak meets defined quality and performance standards. This position performs visual and dimensional inspections of filled and unfilled paks, verifying conformance to specifications and ensuring consistent product quality.

You’ll work directly on the production floor and in the lab, partnering with Operations and Quality leadership to identify issues in real time and maintain compliance with company procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect filled and unfilled paks visually and dimensionally per test plans.
• Use tools (calipers, scales, gauges) to verify measurements.
• Document inspection results and report quality issues promptly.
• Support line start-up checks, appearance reviews, and final release inspections.
• Assist with environmental sampling and follow GMP, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years in manufacturing inspection (packaging or food/beverage a plus).
• Fluent in English; Spanish preferred.
• Skilled with measurement tools (calipers, scales).
• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, data entry).
• Adhere to GMP, safety, and company policies.
• Flexible to work varied hours and support production-related tasks as needed
