Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for a Radiology Technologist skilled in CT and X-ray imaging, based in Medina, OH. This contract position involves performing X-ray imaging at outpatient and Express Care settings, requiring a dedicated professional with a focus on patient care and technical accuracy.
Qualifications and Experience:
- One year of radiology experience preferred
- Active ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and CT certification are mandatory
- Current Ohio Department of Health (ODH) License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) only
Responsibilities:
- Perform X-ray imaging in outpatient and Express Care locations with precision and adherence to safety protocols
- Maintain patient comfort and safety throughout imaging procedures
- Operate radiology equipment and ensure quality diagnostic images
- Follow all regulatory standards and maintain licensure requirements
Work Environment:
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods during imaging procedures
- Physical fitness to push and pull equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
