Positive, employee-centered work environment.Job DescriptionAs a Painter / Powder Coater, you will be responsible for powder coating and painting a variety of manufactured products to meet quality and performance standards. This role plays a key part in product appearance, durability, and customer satisfaction. You’ll work in a collaborative manufacturing environment that values precision, teamwork, and continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesOperate powder coating and paint systems, including loading and spraying powder or paint.
Hang and unhang uncoated products prior to finishing.
Operate curing ovens and monitor proper bake cycles.
Perform setup tasks such as changing powders/paints and adjusting spray equipment.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
Assist with troubleshooting and basic maintenance of coating equipment.
Support and train team members in powder coating and painting processes.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) requirements.Qualifications and RequirementsHigh School Diploma, GED, or trade school experience preferred.
1–5 years of experience in powder coating, painting, or a related manufacturing role.
Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems preferred.
Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) training required or willingness to obtain.
Ability to read instructions, machine drawings, and technical documentation.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to perform basic math functions and follow detailed instructions.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 35 lbs regularly.
Good visual acuity for color, detail, and finish inspection.Benefits and PerksPay Rate: $20.00–$24.00 per hour.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $20.00 -$24.00/hour, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
