Job Overview
Dick Lavy Trucking, Inc. is seeking a hands-on, motivated Shop Manager to lead
our maintenance operations in Bradford, OH. If you're a seasoned Diesel Mechanic
with leadership experience and a passion for keeping trucks rolling smoothly, we
want to hear from you! The ideal candidate will have:
Shop Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate daily shop operations with a team of skilled mechanics.
- Perform and oversee maintenance on diesel engines and tractor trailers.
- Ensure drivers receive top-tier service and support
- Monitor shop performance and help us hit our operational goals.
Shop Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in diesel and trailer repair.
- 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CDL A license (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a team-first attitude.
- Passion for learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.
- Shop Manager compensation is based on experience
