Job Summary

Are you a highly skilled HVAC technician looking for a role where your troubleshooting expertise is valued? We're hiring a dedicated Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems for our customers. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team with highly competitive compensation.

Compensation: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour (Based on experience)

What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities)

Serve as the lead technician for all residential service calls.
Expertly diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of residential HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related components.
Accurately communicate findings and repair options to homeowners in a clear and professional manner.
Complete necessary paperwork and service reports efficiently.
Ensure all work is performed safely and adheres to local codes and company standards.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

5 years proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician, focusing on residential systems.
Strong knowledge of electrical and refrigeration theory.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license required.
