Process / Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Leetonia, OH | Onsite | Salary: $85,000 - $110,000+ DOE

About the Role
As a Process / Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a critical role in leading fabrication and process improvement initiatives. This is a fully onsite position responsible for implementing capital projects, improving process efficiencies, supporting automation and robotics initiatives, and ensuring world-class quality and throughput.
What You'll Do
Lead and execute capital improvement projects from concept through launch
Serve as the key liaison across production, maintenance, engineering, and vendor teams
Support robotic automation initiatives - programming, integration, and optimization
Develop and enhance preventive maintenance and process documentation
Participate in PPAPs, run-at-rate validations, and APQP activities
Drive root cause analysis, scrap reduction, and yield improvement efforts
Support quoting of new business, strategic capacity planning, and operator training
Contribute to continuous improvement culture using Lean and data-driven methodologies
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (10+ preferred)
Experience with 3D CAD modeling and GD&T (preferred)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Hands-on, collaborative mindset and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
