Project Coordinator
Location: Cincinnati, OH - Hybrid - Near Union Terminal
Position Overview
The Project Coordinator will support project teams in the successful execution of architectural projects. This role involves coordinating tasks, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring that project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors.
- Organize and manage project documentation and drawings using Revit and other tools.
- Ensure compliance with architectural drawing standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate project meetings and document meeting minutes and action items.
- Support the project manager in tracking project progress and identifying potential issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proficient in Revit and architectural drawing standards.
- Experience in project coordination within the architectural industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with commercial architecture and/or multi-family architecture is a plus.
- Experience with Bluebeam software is a nice to have.
