Voss Cadillac has a busy parts department and we need your help to continue to grow and offer exceptional customer service
This is a full time position working Monday through Friday. You will be scheduled to work Saturdays once you are trained.
As a parts counter person you will be the primary contact between the parts department and the service department for the sale of parts and accessories.
You will have direct customer contact at the parts counter, during a service appointment and on the phone.
You will work daily with suppliers and your team to ensure that we have the parts and tools we need for the day, week and month.
You will do daily cashing out for customers and following up on any outstanding issues or parts.
Daily, you will ensure all records for repair orders, insurance estimates and special orders are keep in an orderly manner and are followed up on.
We consistently do training for our employees to ensure that they stay current on all on in- house and manufacturers standards.
