Job Summary:
The Front Office Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless guest experience at Doubletree. This position is responsible for supervising the front desk operations, which includes overseeing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns. The supervisor will also work closely with the Front Office Manager and other departments to ensure that all guest needs are met promptly and efficiently. By maintaining a welcoming and organized front office environment, the supervisor contributes significantly to the overall satisfaction and comfort of our guests. Ultimately, this role is essential in creating a positive first impression and fostering repeat business through exceptional service.
Must be available to work 1st and 2nd shift as needed, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Experience with Hilton computer software.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments and reservations.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the property management system.
- Train front desk agents.
