Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $14.00 per hour

A local Middleburg Heights company is seeking dependable Janitors / Custodians to support their maintenance department. This position plays a key role in keeping facilities clean, organized, and safe for all employees. If you have a strong work ethic and enjoy hands-on cleaning work, this could be a great fit!
Key Responsibilities
- Clean interior areas including floors, carpets, rugs, windows, and walls.
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as desks, door handles, and office tools.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and order inventory when needed.
- Maintain outdoor areas by cutting grass, trimming bushes, and removing debris or snow.
- Replace air filters and perform light HVAC maintenance as directed.
- Empty trash and recycling bins regularly.
- Restock and organize supply rooms.
- Perform minor repairs on tools and equipment.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and operate floor scrubbers and other janitorial equipment.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, windows, and mirrors.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and maintain a neat environment.
- Notify supervisors of unsafe or damaged conditions.
Requirements
- Previous janitorial, custodial, or maintenance experience preferred (not required).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for most of the shift.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
