Key Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, managers, parts, and installation teams.
- Always maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Follow HVAC safety guidelines and meet local codes.
- Diagnose, Repair, & Maintenance residential HVAC equipment
- Complete paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Provide thorough evaluations & solutions regarding customer equipment
- Maintain truck inventory for optimal efficiency.
- Promote our brand and maintain positive customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Preferred: 3+ years of Residential HVAC Service experience
