<p><strong>The Bazetta Group</strong>&nbsp;is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team. We are dedicated to maintaining and repairing our industrial production equipment and processing systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Repair, replace, install, and adjust industrial machinery and processing systems</li>
<li>Troubleshoot&nbsp;and repair&nbsp;defective equipment&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform routine&nbsp;preventative maintenance&nbsp;</li>
<li>Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion</li>
<li>Coordinate workload with outside vendors as necessary</li>
<li>Adhere to all safety policies and procedures</li>
<li>Coordinate with management and the production team to&nbsp;identify opportunities for improvement</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in plant machinery maintenance or other related fields</li>
<li>Strong mechanical and electrical skills</li>
<li>Troubleshooting skills</li>
<li>Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment</li>
<li>Ability to handle physical workload</li>
<li>High School diploma or equivalent desired</li>
